Silicon Scripted is the personal website and app development identity of Jonathan Witherspoon. The Website provides:

• Information about iOS applications (Silicon Secure, Scripted, and future apps)
• A professional portfolio
• A codebase of scripts, code snippets, and technical documentation

Silicon Secure and other iOS apps published by Silicon Scripted are subject to Apple's standard App Store terms. By downloading and using these apps, you also agree to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Silicon Scripted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Apps
• Silicon Scripted shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of code or scripts from the Codebase section
• In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you paid for access to the Website (which is $0)
